“ The best shabu-shabu spot in Las Vegas. Usually when you go to a hot pot place you share the "pot" and if you're lucky it's divided into 2 halves so you can add what you want to your own pot but because it's just a larger pot divided into 2 halves - you get less space for all your fixin's. At Shabuya everyone at the table gets their own pot so you're able to add all the things you want. You like fish balls but your date doesn't? Does she like chili sauce and quail eggs but you don't? Now worries! You each can add what you want and choose the broth that you want! The sushi selection is fairly large compared to other hot pot places with sushi and the food is actually fresh tasting! If you're into adult beverages they also have a healthy selection of spirits and cocktails. The meats are delicious and are varied: tons of beef cuts, chicken thigh, pork shoulder and lamb shoulder. ”
“ This is hands down one of the best hot pot spots I've been to! Very clean and spacious restaurant. The service was fantastic--our waitress went above and beyond to make my friend's birthday feel special and personal. The quality of the meats was top-notch, and I appreciated that the menu wasn't overwhelming but still had plenty of great options. The veggie and sauce bar was fresh and well-stocked, and I loved the variety of noodles to choose from. I got the original broth, and it was absolutely delicious--so rich and flavorful. The soju was also a great addition to the meal! Prices were super reasonable for the quality, which makes this place an even better deal. The only downside was the long wait (over an hour on a Saturday night), but honestly, it was worth it. Definitely my go-to hot pot spot now! ”
“ I love this place! The service was quick and attentive. They also have a great variety of items to choose from. For an AYCE, it is exceptional. Really great price for what you get. My only compliant is I wish they had more sauces in the sauce bar but I will continue coming here every time I'm in town. ”
“ Family lunch at Shabuya Premium Shabu Shabu (hot pot and sushi rolls). Lunch AYCE was $28.99. Nice set up where you can go and get your own items to cook in the hot pot (except meats). Lots of veggies, some seafood, sauces and more. Individual hot pots where you get to choose your own broth including: original house, miso, spicy miso, tonkatsu and sukiyaki. We tried the Sukiyaki 4/5, spicy miso 5/5 and tonkatsu 4/5. For meat you order with your server and they come out very fast. We tried the Prime Cross Rib 5/5, Premium Ribeye 5/5, Beef Toro 5/5, Prime flat iron steak 4/5, Pork Belly 4/5, and Pork Shoulder 4/5. For a group of four, we had 16 plates of meat. We also enjoyed some appetizers including happy salmon sushi roll 5/5, gyoza 4/5, swai fillet tempura 5/5, croquette 3/5, soy glazed chicken karage 3/5 and the Alaska sushi roll 4/5. Service was good in the beginning, but lacking afterwards and did not include refills on water or the broth for the hotpot without calling our server Lau Lau, again to help us. Overall happy with the food and would come back. Thanks, Shabuya for a nice lunch. ”
“ Excellent healthy food choices. Good value for your hard earned money. Bring the whole family for a wholesome meal. ”
“ My boyfriend and I have gone to shabuya in San Jose. We were excited to see one in Vegas. There's an online yelp waitlist. We came Friday at around 8:30pm and waited about 20 mins. It's AYCE and you get your own pot. This location also served sushi which is different from the San Jose location. Sushi is also included in the AYCE. You order meat from the servers; I highly recommend the prime flat iron steak. It's super flavorful and tender. There's a self serve sauce, veggies, seafood, and noodles area in the middle. Only downside is that we couldn't try the sushi because the orders were super backed up :( ”
“ I love the Tonkotsu base at Shabuya, and it's a perfect time for hotpot now that it's cold! When we got there, we were 12th in line, but we only had an estimated 10-20 min wait! Even though it was pretty busy for Friday night, there's enough seating to accommodate larger parties. The plaza that Shabuya is in can get busy, but there is plenty of parking available. The resto itself feels very big, but the ambiance is overall pretty chill. We got Tonkotsu bases, almost two orders of every meat, the Spicy Tuna Crispy Rice, the Takoyaki, a Happy Salmon Half Roll, and an Ultimate Salmon Half Roll. I will have to say that the sushi rolls were not my favorite, but I am glad that the restaurant is a hotpot resto and not a sushi one. The lemon in the Happy Salmon was just super sour, and though I liked the Ultimate Salmon Roll a little more, I felt like the sushi/hotpot combo is better at Nabe Hotpot. I really enjoyed the Takoyaki, and I will definitely be ordering that again! My favorite item of dinner was definitely the Spicy Tuna Crispy Rice. Perfect crunchiness addition to a soupy meal! ”
“ One of my favorite hot pot spots ever. They know how to do it right. Full veggie/noodle/sauce bar for you to self serve as much as you want. Take only what you're gonna eat let's not be wasteful. Came in for lunch one day and there was no one there. Sat immediately and service was great. They kept my meat coming and were on top of everything. Broth was great and would recommend spicy miso. The meat was choice as well. Plenty of parking and more than enough seating even when they are busy. It's nice too because you get your own broth and done have to share with your party if you come with more people. ”
“ Been here a couple times now. Most recently for a birthday w the neighbors. Corey was our server. He was helpful and sweet. I love the options they have for broths, meats and at the serve yourself area. 4 stars bc things could've been cleaner in the buffet area and despite them not being super busy service lagged at points but overall it's yummy. The j Kara age was fire tho! They gave us popsicles for the birthday celebration too! ”
